Full Time Management
Lucille Roberts Health Clubs is the largest women’s fitness club in the Northeast area. We are seeking Full Time Managers and Assistant Managers to support the overall operations of running a Fitness Club.
Responsibilities Include:
• Authorized to hire, discipline, manage, evaluate, and terminate staff when appropriate and necessary.
• Attract new members and retain current members by maintaining club operations and staff
• Meet club service objectives by training and developing staff to responsible service membership
• Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees
• Complete club operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, cross train employees, follow up on work results.
• Promote team effort in the club
Qualifications:
• Loves selling and promoting
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Sharp, athletic personal image maintaining regular work-out schedule
• Committed to team success
Requirements:
• Experience in health, fitness or club environment
• Minimum 1 year supervisory and management experience
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Basic computer knowledge
• Bilingual a plus
